The large basement area has 4K UHD 3m screen - Sport, Films or karaoke, a bar area, A piano is available for use with prior agreement, note- extra deposit required.
The Basement is included with the rental cost, but the piano only to be used by prior agreement.

A further lounge (in the apartment) has squishy sofas, a second large TV, the ultimate in relaxation after a long day of activities. Just off the main hall is the kitchen with a top of the line range cooker and breakfast bar. Leading on from the kitchen is an impressive dining room with an open fireplace where everyone can dine and together. Bright spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a steam room and whirlpool.
Outside in the private garden is a terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. There is a hot tub perfect for parties all year round.

You will find the villa located on one of the most prestigious streets in Cheltenham, a 5 minute walk to both Cheltenham Spa train station and the exclusive area of Montpellier with its designer shops and upmarket restaurants and bars.
Please note, we want everybody to have a fantastic time whilst staying at Longworth Villa, however the property is not a venue for wild partying, and there is a 10.00 pm garden and hot tub curfew.
