Stay in super-stylish Cheltenham, this Regency townhouse oozes class throughout, with bags of space for everyone to relax in. Longworth Villa knows how to have fun too! The large basement area has 4K UHD 3m screen - Sport, Films or karaoke, a bar area, A piano is available for use with prior agreement, note- extra deposit required.  The Basement is included with the rental cost, but the piano is only to be used by prior agreement. We have recently redecorated and improved our offering with Karaoke and a Disco Room. The big sophisticated hall opens into an elegant drawing room with an original feature fireplace and huge TV, ideal for entertaining. A further lounge (in the apartment) has squishy sofas, a second large TV, the ultimate in relaxation after a long day of activities. Just off the main hall is the kitchen with a top of the line range cooker and breakfast bar. Leading on from the kitchen is an impressive dining room with an open fireplace where everyone can dine and together. Bright spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a steam room and whirlpool. Outside in the private garden is a terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. There is a hot tub perfect for parties all year round. Off road parking for up to 10 cars. You will find the villa located on one of the most prestigious streets in Cheltenham, a 5 minute walk to both Cheltenham Spa train station and the exclusive area of Montpellier with its designer shops and upmarket restaurants and bars. Please note, we want everybody to have a fantastic time whilst staying at Longworth Villa, however the property is not a venue for wild partying, and there is a 10.00 pm garden and hot tub curfew. ## Facilities - **Accessibility:** There are 5 steps leading up to the front door. Once through the front door, the main social areas are on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms. - **WiFi:** Very high speed Fibre Broadband connection and very good 4G signal. - **Kitchen:** Large range cooker with 3 ovens and 6 burners, large work top space, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. - **Dining Room:** The dining room table is set up for 18 dining places. The room is quite large with high ceilings and a marble fireplace. - **Sitting Room:** Has a high ceiling with a marble fireplace and comfy seating for 12. A second sitting room in the adjacent apartment seats 7. TV in both. - **TV and Music Facilities:** 2 large 50" HD Smart TVs and most bedrooms also have TVs. There are a couple of small Bluetooth Sound Boxes. - **Games Room:** Basement rooms with 9 foot UHD 4K Cinema. Bar area + Karaoke and Piano. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Strictly no fires or candles in the property, this is an insurance policy requirement. - **Bedrooms:** 7 large bedrooms in house: 5 doubles with en suite, 2 double with adjoining bathroom. 2 doubles in adjoining flat. Extra single, z-bed by arrangement. - **Linen:** Quality Egyptian cotton linen is included. - **Bathrooms:** There are 9 bathrooms, steam room and whirlpool in the main bathroom and a hot tub. - **Outdoor:** There is a large garden with various seating and dining areas. 2 large barbecues.
