There are further 4 bedrooms upstairs: Bedroom with a king size bed and another bedroom with a single bed share a bathroom (there is a shower and a bath). The last two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and have the option of super king size beds or single beds as they zip and link plus there is one pull out bed. So  the property can accommodate 9+1 in total. The kitchen area is open plan and very well equipped. There is an electric hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The  dining area seats 10. There is underfloor heating throughout. There is a living room with a log burner and large sofas. Outside is a garage which has been converted into a games room and is equipped for all ages and will provide hours of fun, for children and adults. The garden is fully fenced and there's plenty of parking. The local area is perfect for walking or cycling. We do allow a well behaved dog to stay for a small fee. With 2 dogs we ask for a refundable security deposit. We kindly ask owners to keep their dog off furniture and rugs. We don't allow dogs in the bedrooms or upstairs. Our guests can hire outside caterers and also a hot tub. Please note that there is a farm barn next to the property. The access is not via Lower Canwood ground but you might see a farm worker or a tractor passing by from time to time if they need access to the barn, as it is used for storing hay bales and wheat. Other than that there are no immediate neighbours except maybe sheep or horses in the nearby fields.
