Lower Hedge Farm is the ideal country retreat. Situated at the end of a lane down a private track, it offers the opportunity to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a rural setting with the modern comforts, style and charm of a house completely renovated for modern living. It has 5 bedrooms, one of which is a long attic room that spaciously accommodates 4 single beds.

Apple Cottage is just 100m away for extra guests and can be booked together or separately.

Guests staying at Lower Hedge Farm can book our Sedum Spa facilities, a 10 min drive from the farmhouse, at a cost of £27.50pp for a weekend or mid week or £40pp for a 7 day pass. Children under 12 half price - restrictions apply. There is an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, relaxation room, separate male and female changing rooms.

The house and grounds have been completely renovated and refurbished, restoring original features such as wooden beams, Inglenook fireplaces, old bread oven and the enormous flagstones. Whilst retaining the original features, we have brought the house up to luxurious modern standards epitomised by the addition of the magnificent sun room with high beamed ceilings, under floor heating and large centre piece fireplace. Other luxuries include the hot tub, large plasma TV and designer kitchen complete with a large electric range oven and granite work surfaces.

The house is beautifully surrounded by unspoilt countryside where your only neighbours will be some of our sheep. Perfect for getting away from it all and enjoying the views whilst relaxing in the massaging hot tub.

If you're feeling active, there is plenty to do - the games room equipped with table tennis, pool table, and darts board . Active or peaceful, it is the ideal rural retreat; whether for a family reunion or a weekend party away with friends, you are guaranteed a holiday not to be forgotten.
