This Georgian period farmhouse is wonderfully secluded with views across farmland onto the coast beyond, a leisurely stroll along our private lane leads you to the fabulous Northcott Mouth beach, superbly deserted in the winter or you can swim, surf or just laze on the beach in the summer months. The local pub is also just 1/2 mile away.

From Northcott beach you can walk the Atlantic heritage coast along to Sandymouth or, if you are feeling extremely energetic, to Duckpool or in the other direction walk to the local town of Bude with its 2 blue-flag beaches.

The farmhouse retains bags of individual character and boasts 9 bedrooms. You will love our large and fully equipped kitchen with its original flagstone slate flooring which has been shaped over time, and its double range oven, ideal for putting together the 4-course meal you’ll be enjoying around the large dining table. And then head to the games room for a game of pool.

Northcott has 3 lounges, the smallest being in the annex, above which is a double bedroom, with original wooden beams. One lounge overlooks the garden, large 42" Smart TV. The second has a wood burner, large 42" Smart TV, and French patio doors leading onto the patio with own barbecue during summer months, from where you can enjoy a stunning view down the valley to to the sea beyond. And there is a hot tub too!

As well as farm animals there are also smaller animals eg ponies, goats, pigs.
