Nestled in the heart of Cornwall, Lower Trengale Farm Holiday Cottages, run by Gemma and Andrew, offers an inviting and relaxing oasis for all. Situated near the charming village of St Neot, town of Liskeard and the stunning Bodmin Moor, this is the perfect place to unwind, switch off, and create cherished memories with family and friends.

Each of the cozy cottages boasts a wood-burning stove and an open-plan living space, with some retaining their original farm building features. Every cottage has a private garden area, and guests can also enjoy the expansive shared outdoor spaces, including a delightful play area for children and a Gruffalo hunt.

The on-site event space combines a versatile games room and a studio complete with a wood-burning stove, making it the ideal spot for dining together, group gatherings, celebrations, or simply coming together under one roof.

There's plenty to keep guests entertained right on the premises. The indoor games room offers pool and table tennis tables, while the outdoor play area features a captivating ship-themed climbing frame and a sun-drenched deck to soak up the lovely Cornish weather. Guests can explore the grounds, enjoy a picnic or a refreshing drink, and end their days by the picturesque firepit, marveling at the stunning sunsets and starry skies.

Up to 2 dogs per cottage permitted for fee of £20 per dog.

Kitchen

There are 4 kitchens (one per cottage) and a small kitchenette in the event space. Kitchens complete with dishwasher, fan oven, hob, fridge, kettle.

Dining Room

Each cottage has an open plan living space. A large dining table can be available in the events room (the Studio) which will comfortably seat 20.

Sitting Room

Open plan sitting area in each cottage.

TV and Music Facilities

Each cottage has its own television in the lounge, Loveny and Dozmary cottage also have a TV in the double bedroom.

Games Room

The games room has a pool and table tennis table with a generous selection of board games which will be at your disposal during your stay.

Heating and Open Fires

Each cottage has a log burner and there is a large log burner in the events space quickly making it a lovely toasty space for your gathering.

Bedrooms

Loveny has 2, Dozmary 2, Fowey 4 and Golitha 3. Mix of doubles, twins, singles and bunks. Some en suite.

Linen

All linen is provided along with bath sheets and hand towels.

Bathrooms

Mix of baths (two roll top), showers and bath with shower over. Some en suite.

Children's Facilities

Outdoor play area. There is also a Gruffalo trail to allow the children to explore and enjoy the grounds, prizes for all who complete it!

Outdoor

6 acres on site to explore and enjoy, including sundeck, firepit, picnic tables and swingseat. Each cottage has a private outdoor seating area.

Ample parking for the 4 cottages and additional parking available should it be required, by prior arrangement.

Booking Information

There are four cottages on site, the prices provided is the minumum (i.e. at low season) and assume all four cottages are booked but we can be flexible. Prices will differ depending on the time of year, and how many cottages are booked.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance is due 6 weeks prior to stay. Minimum stay is 3 nights and can be 7 nights at peak times. Check in after 4pm, out by 10am but there may be some flexibility depending on other bookings so please just ask!
