## About The Property

Perfect for celebrations, multi family holidays or group activities, Lowood has tons of character and is situated in an ideal spot on the edge of a small village, within reach of local pubs, Exmoor for walking, adventure activities and exploring, and the coast with a wealth of activities for adults and kids. Sleeps 16 with additional sofa beds and mattresses taking maximum capacity to 23.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining for large parties, and the dining room, whilst seating 16 in ultra comfort, can fit more if you're happy to squeeze up. There's also a larger outdoor dining space that seats 20+ with a barbecue/rotisserie.

With 2 separate lounges - one with an en suite bar area - there's plenty of space to relax, read, watch TV or play games, and the house has plenty of DVDs, jigsaws and board games, and an eclectic library. There's full central heating throughout, plus 2 wood burning stove fireplaces, in the dining room and main lounge.

The bedrooms are all decorated individually with their own style from the elegant four poster, to the kids themed jungle room, and all are within easy reach of the 4 bathrooms, and additional cloakrooms. We can even offer additional bell tents if your party is too large for the house.

The garden has plenty of space for kids to run round with an outdoor play area, a trampoline, story chair and field for baseball. Additionally there's a barn with table tennis, and a separate play barn; there's also a small river running through the garden which is great for paddling in the summer. And of course, in the garden there are sun loungers for adults to relax.
