At the heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, designed for easy coastal living and sociable gatherings. Large sliding doors open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless flow between indoors and out. The well-equipped kitchen features a central island with breakfast seating, while a generous dining table and relaxed lounge area provide plenty of space for everyone to come together. A cosy seating area, separated by an internal window, offers a quieter space to unwind beside the wood burner, and a bar area adds a fun touch for evening entertaining. The main house offers four comfortable bedrooms, including a flexible ground floor layout and a peaceful upstairs master suite with garden views and a luxurious bathroom featuring both a bath and separate shower. A separate garden annexe provides a fifth bedroom with super king bed, kitchenette, bathroom and Smart TV, offering extra privacy for grandparents, teenagers or guests wanting their own space. Outside, the secure garden is perfect for family life, with a large lawn for games, an outdoor seating area for evening sun and an outdoor shower—ideal after beach days. The location is unbeatable. East Wittering’s shops, cafés and restaurants are a short stroll away, while West Wittering’s famous sandy beach is just a 20-minute walk along the shore.
