## About The Property

Glamping site for  24 in 4 bell tents each sleeping up to 6 guests (with the option of additional tents for larger groups, up to 120 total guests)

Available between beginning May (or Easter possibly, if late) until end September.

Conveniently located for the M5, Mad Hatters Glamping is a fabulous bell tent site in a truly rural setting, perfect for a family celebration, hen party weekend or even a corporate team building event. This glamping site offers a private tucked away venue for some good old fashioned fun, with camp fires for bringing the whole group together to catch up and chill out. Close to the Malvern Hills, Mad Hatters Glamping is also well placed for keen walkers and groups of friends looking for a weekend adventure.

The 4 large bell tents each sleep up to 6 guests on double or single futons, with each tent being 5 metres wide allowing for 20 square metres of living space. Warm rugs provide comfort underfoot and Moroccan-style lanterns and solar lights create an ambient light for atmospheric evenings. If you require 3 of the tents, it is possible to book the 4th to use as a communal space for your group, handy if the weather doesn't play ball. There is no electricity in the tents.

Outside, firepits are provided under gazebos with barbecues for communal cooking, with all necessary kit provided. Catering options are also available at the time of booking, as are takeaway deliveries.

The shower block has plenty of hot water and there are festival-style loos close to the bell tent accommodation.

The owners of the site can arrange on or off site experiences including a live acoustic guitar night, a silent disco, spa package or activities including kayaking, archery or zip wires.

Or your group can use Mad Hatters Glamping as a base for exploring this diverse area. Hike on the Malvern Hills, take to the river in the Wye Valley or discover pretty Cotswold villages for a pub lunch or afternoon tea. Stratford-upon-Avon is also within easy reach for visiting the birthplace of Shakespeare and a boat trip along the river.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Dogs welcome at the management's discretion.
- **Dining Room:** Private campfire area for communal dining plus barbecues. Wooden picnic tables and gazebos for inclement weather.
- **Kitchen:** Barbecue facilities. On-site catering options available.
- **Outdoor:** Camp fires, barbecues and picnic benches in a glamping field.
- **Bedrooms:** Full bedding kits for each person comprising futon-style mattresses along with full bed linen, sheets, pillows and duvets. Double or single futons.
- **Bathrooms:** Shower unit with hot water and festival style WCs. Upgraded showers and toilets at an extra cost..
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Camp fires. No electricity in glamping field but does have solar lighting. Water heated by LPG for showers.
- **Linen:** Sheets, pillows and duvets provided. Please bring your own towels.
- **Parking:** You can park either at the top of the glamping field or, if the land is dry, you can drive closer and park right outside your tent.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.

## Booking Information

- The price for each bell tent is £285 for either 2, 4 or 6 people sharing. The price includes full bedding kits and comes complete with furnishings, rugs, decorative items and solar lighting.
- 
- Minimum of 2 tents for exclusive use of the field.
- 
- A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
- 
- Our season starts at the beginning of May and runs until the end of September. Booking for Easter will be considered if Easter falls in April and not March.
