It’s a different and tranquil space for businesses to rent, a thousand miles away from a corporate hotel or busy city centre venue. We can tailor Madeira in Fife to suit your needs. A screen and projector can be set up in the games room, which offers a very different atmosphere to normal meeting rooms. Guests can sit more formally round a table top placed over the pool table or sit more comfortably on chairs, bean bags and sofas. Lunch can be served in the games room, in The Bothy area or as a picnic in the gardens. Anyone renting Madeira in Fife exclusively has use of the facilities and the gardens. There is a lot of space in the gardens for groups to meet and network, or for team building activities. The Bothy has two pizza ovens, barbecues and a small kitchen. This covered space can be used for meetings and to eat in. It sits 34 guests and can be set up for presentations for larger numbers of people. It can also be used in the evening for dinner and events, e.g. a silent disco. Madeira in Fife comprises 6 x 1 bedroom cottages 1 x 3 bedroom cottage, plus 3 double tree houses. Please ask if you wish to bring pets. - **Accessibility:** All cottages are ground floor and we can provide some aids for disabled guests; however its best to discuss your requirements with Tara. - **Hot Tub:** We have 3 x 6 person hot tubs on site, a 4 person and a 2 person as well - **WiFi:** Free WiFi available. - **Kitchen:** Each terraced cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. The Gardeners Cottage has a large spacious kitchen/dining/sitting area. 16 can sit for dinner. - **Dining Room:** Tables in each cottage allow the capacity of that cottage to sit down and eat. If a larger group wants to eat together The Bothy is very versatile. - **Sitting Room:** All cottages have their own sitting rooms and the Gardeners Cottage has a sitting room and a sunroom with additional seating. - **TV and Music Facilities:** All cottages have their own TV. - **Games Room:** There is a games room with pool, darts and board games. Must be booked as an event space subject to availability; a fee is required. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout all cottages. The Gardeners Cottage has a wood burning stove as does the Games Room and The Bothy. - **Bedrooms:** 3 bedrooms in the large cottage (2 double/twin) and 1 triple bunk. Each small cottage has 1 bedroom with twin/double bed. Sofa bed in each cottage. - **Linen:** All linen and towels are hotel quality and are provided free of charge. If you require a change during your stay we can do that for a minimal fee. - **Bathrooms:** En suite shower room and a family bathroom with shower in Gardeners Cottage, the other cottages have en suites with either a shower or shower/bath. - **Children's Facilities:** There are very large gardens to roam in and some rope swings and woods to play in.
