Please ask if you wish to bring pets. - **Accessibility:** All cottages are ground floor and we can provide some aids for disabled guests; however its best to discuss your requirements with Tara. - **Hot Tub:** We have 3 x 6 person hot tubs on site, a 4 person and a 2 person as well - **WiFi:** Free WiFi available. - **Kitchen:** Each terraced cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. The Gardeners Cottage has a large spacious kitchen/dining/sitting area. 16 can sit for dinner. - **Dining Room:** Tables in each cottage allow the capacity of that cottage to sit down and eat. If a larger group wants to eat together The Bothy is very versatile. - **Sitting Room:** All cottages have their own sitting rooms and the Gardeners Cottage has a sitting room and a sunroom with additional seating. - **TV and Music Facilities:** All cottages have their own TV. - **Games Room:** There is a games room with pool, darts and board games. Must be booked as an event space subject to availability; a fee is required. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout all cottages. The Gardeners Cottage has a wood burning stove as does the Games Room and The Bothy. - **Bedrooms:** 3 bedrooms in the large cottage (2 double/twin) and 1 triple bunk.
