Maidensea, sleeping 16 + 2 infants, has been renovated to create a spacious open plan holiday home near Torquay, perfect for friends, 3 generation families and small corporate groups. The house keeps on giving with a brand new indoor heated swimming pool, games complex and glass balcony as well as stylish living and accommodation. And the entire ground floor, including a bedroom, the games room and pool area, are wheelchair accessible and step free - ideal for anyone less mobile.
The gorgeous kitchen has been chosen with groups in mind, fully equipped with all modern appliances and a breakfast bar, a social room for the cook of the group. Enjoy eating in the dining area for 16 inside or on the patio.
Enquire about catering options for corporate teams. There is a choice of where to relax after supper, either in the main lounge next to the cosy wood stove or in the hightech cinema room with an 85" TV. Both have lots of comfy sofas to sink down into after a busy day. Or head to the games room for a fun game of pool or table tennis, or for a quiet swim.
Some bedrooms are zip link (twins or doubles). There's also a double, superking and king upstairs, all individually decorated with luxury soft furnishings and awesome sea views across Torbay. There are 7 en suites with showers and 1 with a luxurious freestanding bath.
There is certainly enough to do at this delightful house with walks from the door to a local beach and others a little further along the coastal path. Jump on the Shaldon passenger ferry to Teignmouth for a day by the sea rounded off with some freshly caught seafood in one of the harbour restaurants. For the more energetic, there are local recommended activity providers for coasteering and boat safaris, and kayaks and SUPs can be hired locally. Or maybe drive to Dartmoor for hill walking or Geocaching. A gentle wander takes you to The Thatched Tavern for a well earned drink.
