Set in a peaceful hilltop hamlet overlooking an authentic French village, the farmhouse provides generous accommodation that's ideal for extended families, grandparents, or two families holidaying together. There is plenty of room for everyone to spend time together while also enjoying their own space.

The house enjoys beautiful views across rolling countryside and the picturesque rooftops of the village below, with its church and château. Outside, children have space to run, play and explore in the large, level paddock, perfect for football, cricket and garden games, while adults can relax in the shade of mature trees or enjoy a quiet drink on the traditional covered bolet.

The securely enclosed 10-metre private swimming pool provides peace of mind for families with children, and the spacious terraces offer plenty of room for alfresco meals, morning coffee or simply soaking up the tranquil surroundings. - **Outdoor:** The extensive grounds include a securely enclosed 10m private pool, mature trees, shady terraces and a large, flat paddock, ideal for garden games.
- **Bedrooms:** King, 2 doubles, 1 small double and a dormitory room with 6 single beds.
- **Bathrooms:** 3 wash rooms with basins and WCs on 3 levels, 2 have showers and 2 have bidets.
- **Games Room:** Table tennis kept under cover in the barn entrance.
- **Children's Facilities:** Child friendly with cot bed and small doubles. Safe bespoke wooden stair gate, 2 cots and 2 high chairs.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** 2 inglenook fire places with wood burning stoves.
- **Linen:** Bed linen is not provided - guests must bring their own, please.
- **Parking:** On-site parking is available opposite the house in front of our barn for up to 4 cars.

## Booking Information

- 50% deposit on booking, balance due at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- 
- Available between April and mid-October. ONLY blocks of 7 night stays please.
- 
- Check in from 4pm, check out by 11am. Saturday changeover.
- 
- Dogs and cats welcome up to a maximum of 3.
- Before you leave please:
- Leave the BBQ in a clean state
- Unload the dishwasher and put away crockery and cutlery
- Remove leftover food and drink and take the rubbish and recycling to the bins in the village square
- Strip any used beds, leaving the mattress protectors and taking away all your bedlinen and personal items
- Turn off the lights, bolt the balcony door and lock the front door. The shutters can be left open, however
- Please ensure that the house key is returned to the key box. This is essential to make it available for the next tenants
