Manifold Barns is a splendid large barn conversion with spacious communal areas, perfect for types of groups and retreats. Located in a rural hamlet yet within easy reach of some of the Peak District’s top attractions such as Carsington Water.

There are 11 en suite boutique-style bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 24 guests. Most rooms can be arranged as twins or doubles, with some featuring bunk beds for children. Four of the bedrooms are in an adjoining Annexe which has a convenient kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities.

The spacious open plan kitchen/dining room, with high-beamed ceilings and large glass doors, accommodates up to 48 guests and provides stunning countryside views. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for self-catering or private chef experiences.

Unwind in the stylish sitting room, complete with soft seating and a log burner. The converted stable games room offers a pool table, velvety bean bags, a wall-mounted TV, and WiFi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Outside there is a sizeable lawned garden, a patio, picnic benches, and a charcoal BBQ (available April to October). The property’s elevated hillside position offers breathtaking views of the Derbyshire valleys.

Located near Ashbourne, Wirksworth, and Carsington Water, Manifold Barns provides easy access to top attractions like Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and Alton Towers. Discover local gems such as the Heights of Abraham cable car, Ecclesbourne Valley Railway, and the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site just 2 miles away.

Please note the Manifold Barns is on a shared site with Manifold Farmhouse, both properties have their own outside spaces and parking areas.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** There are 6 TVs (all Freeview) in total, located in the lounge, dining room, games room and bedrooms 16,18 & 21. A Bluetooth speaker is provided.
- **Games Room:** Separate games room with pool table, log burner, TV, table and chairs, bean bags and small kitchenette area.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout. Log burner in the lounge and also in the games room.
- **Bedrooms:** There are 11 bedrooms, 7 located on the ground floor. Most bedrooms offer the flexibility of twins or double beds and some have additional bunk beds.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels included.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 11 en suite bathrooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** Child/family friendly accommodation - cots and high chairs available.
- **Outdoor:** Behind the property is a large lawned garden and patio with picnic benches and a charcoal BBQ. At the front of the property is a large courtyard.
- **Parking:** Ample private parking located in the courtyard.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** There are 2 x 7kw smart Electric Car chargers on site (minimal charges apply).
