Made up of two properties, Manifold Barns and Manifold Farmhouse, this venue sleeps up 48 guests in 21 bedrooms and has a total of 19 bathrooms. The breakdown is as follows:
Manifold Barns: 11 bedrooms, all en suite/private bathrooms (4 of the bedrooms are in an annexe next to the Barns)
Manifold Farmhouse: 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms/en suites

Most bedrooms have the flexibility of being made up as doubles or twins and some bedrooms also have additional full-size bunk beds perfect for family groups.

There is no shortage of social space across the venue with 2 dining rooms, 3 lounges and 2 fantastic games rooms! The Barns has a fantastic large open plan kitchen/dining room which provides the main communal dining space with flexible dining arrangements for up to 48 guests. With amazing views over the surrounding countryside, the dining room is the perfect spot for those large group celebratory meals.

A second well-appointed kitchen and dining room (seats up to 20) is located in the Farmhouse which helps making catering for a large group easy.

There are 3 lovely lounges throughout the venue, all have original feature fireplaces and plenty of plush soft seating. There is also a choice of 2 fabulous games rooms, with log burners, TVs, a pool table, table tennis and table football, plenty to keep children and adults alike entertained for hours.

The property is situated in the rural hamlet of Shottle and has amazing views of the surrounding countryside; from the property you can walk across the fields to a village pub in Idridgehay and the quaint market town of Wirksworth is only 3.5 miles away. The location of Manifold Farm is second to none for those looking for an activity filled break, only a 10-minute drive away from the property is Carsington Water. This 2-mile-long reservoir offers a variety of water sports including kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and paddle boarding. Wild Park Derbyshire is 8.5 miles away from the property and boasts to be the ultimate paintballing, quad trekking, laser tag and archery experience.
