Manifold Farm consists of two newly refurbished properties, Manifold Farmhouse and Manifold Barns, which can be hired together as a fabulous exclusive use venue for groups of up to 48, or separately for smaller corporate gatherings of up to 24 in each property.
The Farmhouse has 10 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms/en suites and The Barns has 11 bedrooms which are all en suite, giving 21 bedrooms in total, which can be set up as shared or single occupancy rooms, and 19 bathrooms.
Manifold Farm offers superb social and dining spaces in both properties with an open plan dining room in The Barns seating up to 48 and a further dining/meeting room with seating for up to 20; both can be set up in boardroom style. The venue has 2 fully equipped kitchens or we can help to arrange catering packages for your event.
Alongside the meeting/dining space there are a further 3 separate lounges, 1 in the Barns and 2 in the Farmhouse, that are perfect as breakout rooms, for smaller meetings, 1:2:1’s or for quiet reflection. 2 very well equipped games rooms are also available and can be used for conference space, meeting rooms or team building exercises.
Both games room have TVs with HDMI capabilities and can be used for presentations or demo’s. The property also has free WiFi throughout and we can provide flip charts, paper and projector screens if you require them.
Outdoor space is extensive with parking for up to 50 cars, large lawned gardens for team building activities and lots of picnic benches for seating smaller groups. Optional outdoor team building activities can be arranged on site. Alternatively Manifold Farm is a short drive to Carsington Water offering superb team building activities.
The property has easy access to major road links of A38, A52 and M1, Derby train station (with direct trains from London) is only 10 miles away (24 mins) and East Midlands airport is 25 miles away, making Manifold Farm a great central UK location for gathering your team together.
