Manifold Farmhouse is a luxurious countryside home in the heart of the Peak District. Perfectly blending rural charm with modern comfort, this stunning property accommodates up to 24 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings, group getaways and special celebrations.

It boasts 10 stylish bedrooms (3 of which are on the ground floor) and 8 en-suite/bathrooms. Individually designed, each room features elegant decor, luxurious bedding and stunning wallpapers. Flexible sleeping arrangements include twin or double beds, and some rooms offer additional bunk beds for children.

The property has a open plan kitchen/dining area with a designer kitchen fully equipped with bespoke modern units and high-end appliances, ideal for self-catering or hosting a private chef. The dining area has a large table seating up to 20 guests perfect for celebratory meals. There are 2 inviting sitting rooms to choose from with cosy sofas and feature fireplaces; the main lounge’s working fireplace creates the perfect ambiance for evenings in.

In a separate building there's a fabulous games room; this impressive space (14m x 6m) features exposed beams, a table tennis table, table football and a chill-out area with velvety bean bags, a log burner and a wall-mounted TV. The versatile room can also serve as a yoga studio or meeting space, complete with a kitchenette and WiFi.

The farmhouse boasts expansive lawned gardens, perfect for outdoor games, with breathtaking views of Idridgehay village. The patio area includes picnic benches and a charcoal BBQ (available from April to October)—ideal for al fresco dining against the backdrop of stunning countryside vistas.

Nestled amidst the rolling hills and tranquil country lanes, Manifold Farmhouse offers direct access to scenic walking and cycling trails. Explore nearby Ashbourne, Wirksworth, and Carsington Water, or enjoy a family day out at Alton Towers, just a 30-minute drive away. Centrally located, it’s only 10 miles from Derby train station—a convenient 1.5-hour journey from London’s St Pancras station.

Please note that Manifold Farmhouse is on a shared site with Manifold Barns, both properties have their own outside spaces and parking areas.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** There are TVs located in both sitting rooms, the dining room, the games room and also in bedrooms 6 & 8. A Bluetooth speaker is provided.
- **Games Room:** Separate games room with table tennis and table football, log burner, TV, table and chairs, bean bags and small kitchenette area.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout. Working fireplace in the one of the sitting rooms and log burner in the games room.
- **Bedrooms:** There are 10 bedrooms, 3 located on the ground floor. Most bedrooms offer the flexibility of twins or double beds and some have additional bunk beds.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels included.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 8 bathrooms in total, 6 en suites and 2 shared bathrooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** Child/family friendly accommodation - cots and high chairs available.
- **Outdoor:** To the front and side of the Farmhouse are lawned gardens, perfect for garden games; there is also a patio area with picnic benches and charcoal BBQ.
