Manor Farm, built in 1855, offers a beautiful Victorian getaway location, perfect for family and friends getting together or 'hobby' groups who share a common activity. At Manor Farm you will be spoilt with space, lavishness and an experience to remember. Large gardens, an 8 seated hot tub and table tennis are just some of the facilities on offer here. Plus there's the infamous 'Man Cave' with a full size snooker table, darts board, ping pong table and bar area - fun for the whole group!

In the quaint village of Oldcotes, Nottinghamshire, Manor Farm is a few miles from Tickhill, Bawtry and Blyth. A Brewers Fayre pub is just a five minute walk up the road with a play area for children and a good range of pub food. Tickhill and Bawtry offer various restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutique shopping. There are a number of golf courses nearby and great rambling locations.

Manor Farm is quirky and quintessentially English, with comfort and character. The grand entrance hall sets the scene for this large Victorian home. There are 3 reception rooms; a dining room which seats up to 16 guests, a large dining kitchen, a lounge with a huge open fireplace plus a further sitting room. If you like history, we encourage our guests to look at some of the fine examples of Victorian farm buildings set around the large courtyard.

The orchard provides a superb picnic and barbecue area and an outdoor climbing frame and swings are on the front lawn. We request that children are supervised as we cannot accept any responsibility for injuries. The property and grounds are exclusively yours with the owners personally on hand so you don't need to worry about a thing except enjoying your stay.

There are some superb local attractions; Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Sundown Adventure Land, Sherwood Pines, Whitepost Farm and Hodsock Priory. Further afield you can spend the day in the Peak District, York, Harrogate and Leeds.

We offer midweek breaks for groups who would like to experience a traditional English getaway. Breakfast each morning, afternoon tea and trips to Chatsworth House, Harrogate or York. Allow us to work with you to create a perfect group break!

The back lounge has a large open fireplace fireplace, with a large smart TV and DVD player. There is also a second cosy sitting room.

TV and Music Facilities

Smart TVs are located in both sitting rooms and the 2 large main bedrooms with DVD players. DVDs can be chosen from the DVD library.

Games Room

External snooker room with full size snooker table, plus a darts board, bar and fridge.

Heating and Open Fires

Full gas central heating plus an open fire in the back lounge. Log basket provided.

9 bedrooms: 2 family rooms, 3 doubles, 4 twin rooms. 1 family room and 1 double have an en suite.

All towels, linens and hot tub robes provided at no extra cost.

Manor Farm is in a semi rural area surrounded by fields and small villages. Centrally located in the UK, we are ideally situated just a 5-10 minute drive from the A1 and M1.

Sheffield is approximately 20 miles away, with Doncaster and Worksop just a short drive away with regular bus services from Oldcotes.
Nearest shop is One Stop in Langold, further amenities can be found in Bawtry and Tickhill with a variety of different shops including food, clothing, home design and specialist shops.
The nearest pub is a Brewers Fayre, perfect for large groups and just a 5 minute walk. Bawtry and Tickhill provide a large choice of restaurants, bars and pubs of all different types!
Doncaster Robin Hood Airport - 15 mins, East Midlands - 40 mins, Leeds Bradford - 40 mins, Manchester - 1hr 45 mins, Birmingham - 1hr 40 mins, London - 2-3 hrs (traffic dependent).
Retford Station - 15 mins, Doncaster Station - 15 mins. London King Cross to Retford 1hr 30min, Leeds to Doncaster - 20 min, York to Doncaster - 30 min.
Buses serve both Worksop and Doncaster from various bus stops within a very short walk from the farm.
