Welcome to The Manor House, a stunning 17th-century Grade II listed treasure located in Herefordshire's most picturesque village.

Our historic manor features 11 uniquely designed bedrooms, accommodating up to 22 guests in exceptional comfort. The accommodations include three elegant antique kingsize four-poster beds, one luxurious superking, five additional kingsize beds, one double/single, and a twin setup. For greater flexibility, two of our kingsize beds can be converted to twins. With eight bath and shower rooms, including some en-suites, three inviting reception areas, and ample dining space, every detail of your stay has been thoughtfully considered to exceed your expectations.

Explore our expansive grounds, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax.  We also offer an above ground heated splash pool (during summer months).

Enjoy the cosy ambiance of our charming morning room or the spacious comfort of our living areas, featuring a 55" flat-screen TV and Sky connection. Younger guests will find endless entertainment options, from books and games to outdoor activities like croquet and table tennis.

Adults can unwind by the fireside, savor the warmth of our Aga-equipped kitchen, or dine al fresco on our sunlit terrace overlooking beautifully manicured gardens and a quaint dovecote. Indulge in a restful night's sleep in one of our luxurious four-poster beds, dressed with premium cotton linens and sumptuous goose-down duvets and pillows.

- **Dining Room:** Seats 22 on brown leather dining chairs around large oak table. For larger groups the kitchen table can be used to extend the dining area to seat 29.
- **Sitting Room:** The Manor has a morning room to seat up to 8 and a 2-sided living room with inglenook chimney and Sky TV to seat 20+.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Bose Speakers, Sky TV, large TV with surround-sound. There are televisions in 2 of the reception rooms.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There is a beautiful wood-burning stove in the inglenook fireplace in the living room and in the morning room.
- **Bedrooms:** 1 family room for 4/5. 5 king size, 2 KS/Twin, 1 superking, 1 double and 1 twin. 8 extra beds available for hire. 8 bath/shower some are en suite.
- **Linen:** Good quality cotton and linen bedlinen is provided, along with bath towels and hand towels, plus toiletries.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 3 bathrooms (2 en suite, 1 shared), 5 shower rooms (3 en suite, 1 sole use, 1 shared) and a ground floor WC.
- **Children's Facilities:** Board games, books, pool table, indoor games, outdoor table tennis, Games Hut with Dart Board and table football. Garden Games available.
- **Outdoor:** In grounds of around 1 acre. The terrace at the rear of the house has 3 large tables, with parasols, to seat up to 24 guests.
- **Swimming Pool:** Swimming pool permanent above ground heated splash pool very safe for children and can be made safe for toddlers as steps can be removed.
- **Parking:** Ample parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.

- The Manor House boasts a capacity to comfortably sleep up to 22 guests, making it an ideal choice for larger gatherings. Our expansive property features beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to offer maximum comfort and a touch of elegance. However, we understand that group sizes can vary, and we are pleased to offer a flexible accommodation option.

- For those seeking a more intimate setting, The Manor House can also cater to groups of up to 10 or 16 guests without compromising on any of the facilities or amenities available. This means that even with a reduced occupancy, you and your guests can still enjoy the full range of luxurious features that make The Manor House special.

- For more specific group details and prices please contact us. A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation (during peak season we require a 50% deposit), along with a £500 security deposit. Pets are welcome upon agreement with the owner, with an additional security deposit of £100. We accept payments via BACS or cheque.
