Welcome to The Manor House, a breathtaking 17th-century Grade II listed gem nestled in the heart of Herefordshire's most picturesque village.

The Manor boasts 11 individually appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 22 guests in unparalleled comfort. Among these, you'll discover three exquisite antique kingsize four-poster beds, one sumptuous superking, five additional kingsize options, one double/single, and a twin arrangement. For added flexibility, two of our kingsize beds can be configured as twins. With eight bath and shower rooms, some en-suite, three inviting reception areas, and ample dining space for all, every aspect of your stay has been meticulously crafted to exceed expectations.

Find your sanctuary within our expansive grounds, where there's ample room for every member of your party to unwind. Bask in the sunlight of our charming morning room or sink into the plush comforts of our spacious living areas, complete with a 55" flat-screen TV and Sky connection. The Manor has a morning room to seat up to 8 and a 2-sided living room with inglenook chimney and Sky TV to seat 20+.

Bose Speakers, Sky TV, large TV with surround-sound. There are televisions in 2 of the reception rooms.

£10 cards available to purchase to use the charger.

Heating and Open Fires

There is a beautiful wood-burning stove in the inglenook fireplace in the living room and in the morning room.

1 family room for 4/5. 5 king size, 2 KS/Twin, 1 superking, 1 double and 1 twin. 8 extra beds available for hire. 8 bath/shower some are en suite.

Linen

Good quality cotton and linen bedlinen is provided, along with bath towels and hand towels, plus toiletries.

There are 3 bathrooms (2 en suite, 1 shared), 5 shower rooms (3 en suite, 1 sole use, 1 shared) and a ground floor WC.

In grounds of around 1 acre. The terrace at the rear of the house has 3 large tables, with parasols, to seat up to 24 guests. Hot tub to seat 6.

Swimming Pool permanent above ground heated splash pool very safe for children and can be made safe for toddlers as steps can be removed.

The Manor House is situated in the centre of the peaceful village of Eardisland and has near neighbours, so not a suitable location for loud parties.

Leominster 5 miles. The cathedral city of Hereford is around 15 miles to the south.
There is a small store in the village, and neighbouring villages offer butchers, bakers, farm shops, etc. Supermarkets in Leominster. Tesco Direct.
