This courtyard of stone barns offers fantastic group accommodation, a stunning rural retreat in the Peak District. Set within a 50 acres farm, and with stunning views across the Peak District.

Children love the space and freedom of staying at Manor House Farm Cottages, with the added attraction of seeing our sheep, pigs and chickens around the farm. For walkers or cyclists, the Monsal Trail can be accessed nearby with amazing routes from the door of the cottages and jaw dropping views. Bike storage available on site.

Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall stately houses are within 20 minutes drive. Bakewell is perfect for tea and cake at one of many eateries, or opt for a drink at the local pub.

For family celebrations at Manor House Farm Cottages, why not take advantage of catered dining, or enjoy a stay at home experience preparing a meal in The Hayloft's large kitchen with its sociable open living space. The property has a BBQ in its own outdoor space, and home reared meat can be bought directly from our small farm shop. Then head to the games room to play table tennis, pool or board games, or maybe a game of rounders in the field, or an evening fire-pit in the woods - fun for all ages.

Ambient underfloor heating and log burning stoves creating focal points ensure a convivial and cosy atmosphere in a light open plan environment. Views from all the properties extend over Wye Valley, with Monsal Head, Longstone ridge, and the Hunting Tower on the Chatsworth Estate all within sight. Make the most of the private patio areas for a drink or al fresco dining.

Accommodation offers a mix of king size, doubles and twins, perfect for multi generational groups. Ground floor rooms are available for the less mobile members of your group.

The Hayloft shares the site with other cottages and the owners' home; a quiet and peaceful setting, not suitable for loud parties.

- **Accessibility:** The Hayloft has 2 ground floor bedrooms which are up two shallow steps.

- **Kitchen:** The Hayloft has well a equipped kitchen including 2 fridges, a freezer and 2 dishwashers, perfect for groups.
- **Dining Room:** The Hayloft has dining for 12. Outside dining can be arranged.
- **Sitting Room:** The open plan living area offers comfortable seating, underfloor heating and log burning stoves.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** The Hayloft has an internet TV in the lounge area. If you have a Netflix password you can use it on our TV's. A record player in each cottage.
- **Games Room:** There is a games room offering table tennis, table football and board games.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Underfloor heating throughout with a log burning stove. Extra logs available to purchase in games room. Heated towel rails in bathrooms.
- **Bedrooms:** Mix of king size zip and link beds, and twins.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 2 shower rooms upstairs, and a ground floor bathroom with shower over.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chairs and cots are available by arrangement.
- **Outdoor:** The Hayloft has a private seating area. There is also a communal barbecue area and seating area.
