Manor House Farm cottage is situated on the edge of a working farm, it was built in 1697 and still has many of the original features. The property also has two hot tubs.

The property is fully central heated by a biomass boiler and offers panoramic views over the Esk valley and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, offering you an idyllic, peaceful setting for your holiday.

All under one roof, ideal for the larger party, you can easily lose your way in this property with plenty of room for everyone to find their own space.

The house is split into two areas, The Manor House has its own indoor hot tub and sleeps 11 plus cot, combining the farmhouse and annexe. The large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and work island leads one way to a hallway with a WC and shower room at one end and a large sitting room with wood burning stove Sky TV and also a dining area, the other way leads to an annexe which has its own snug sitting room with TV. Upstairs is a double bed and a single. Leading off from the bedroom is a shower room and WC. From the annexe is the games room and indoor hot tub.

On the first floor is a bathroom with WC and two double bedrooms. Leading from this floor is a staircase to a four bedded room with small sitting area and TV with video. This room has a low beam on entry and is ideal as a bolt hole for children, "our den".

Manor Hall sleeps 9 (plus cot) and has its own outdoor hot tub. An imposing entrance hall leads to a large farmhouse style well equipped kitchen with its original beams and Inglenook, also leading to a large sitting room with wood burning stove and Sky TV, also leading to jacuzzi suite and sauna. Upstairs over two further floors are a master king size bedroom with en-suite, a further double bedroom with en-suite and with an extra single bed, a double bedroom with basin and a twin room, there is also another WC with shower on the top floor.

- **Children's Facilities:** We have ample facilities for children. We believe that if we can keep your children occupied then everyone else has a more relaxed time.

- **Swimming Pool:** No pool but 2 hot tubs.
