Indoors there's more than enough space to sleep 24, with a couple of cots for the under 3's, and 7 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, while 4 share two others. The ground floor houses an easy access twin room (11) with it's own loo and shower room nearby and there's an ensuite twin (10) which is accessed from the ground floor via 4 wide stairs with handrails either side.

The Great hall has underfloor heating, satellite TV, DVD player and music system, while the dining room comfortably accommodates 24 round the table and the kitchen/breakfast makes entertaining a breeze.

On site, there's plenty to keep everybody amused: a games room with table tennis, pool, table football and more; a hot tub to unwind after a day's walking, canoeing or cycling in the nearby Wye Valley and Forest of Dean; a well equipped playground; a barbecue area and plenty of outdoor seating where you can relax and listen to the River Monnow slowly wind its way downstream to join the River Wye. 5 minutes drive will take you into the heart of the Forest of Dean with its staggering array of activities for people of every age and interest. If that's not enough, you're only 10 minutes drive from Symonds Yat, and Ross on Wye, with numerous award winning options for dining out.
