There are six bedrooms in the main building, all en suite and one bedroom in the Wagon Shed, also en suite. 2 rooms have double beds, the remainder have zip link beds for flexibility. Through a glazed link there is access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and games room. There is a very large dining/meeting space consisting of a table which seats 16; this continues on into the sitting area with large sofas, opposite which there is one of the many television screens. This area also has the open plan, well equipped kitchen. For the sleeps 16 option there are two more additional break-out/meeting rooms – one in the pool room with seating, bar area and mini kitchen, and one in the Wagon Shed. There is also an opportunity to accommodate more delegates in our two cottages, Marris Cottage and Little Walk Cottage, both of which have two bedrooms each. These cottages are closely located to Marris Barn. The dining table at the Barn then extends to accommodate 24 delegates. For team building events, as well as the leisure facilities already available at the Barn, there are plenty of outdoor activities, including fishing and the use of a tennis court, both located on our farm. The Lincolnshire Wolds has plenty of attractions, including the coast and Lincoln itself with our famous cathedral. The Wagon Shed is an Accessible unit with mobility accreditation Level M3 Independent. It has its own kitchen, open plan sitting/dining area and garden room with bifold doors. There is underfloor heating throughout the building and all linen is provided including pool towels. Catering can be arranged. If your business requirement is for accommodation in our area while you are working away from home, we are able to offer midweek accommodation for any size of group. For those taking Marris Barn, the leisure facilities are included. Go through Tealby, and Binbrook. 3 miles later you will pass the Click’em Inn on your right. After 300 yards turn left to Thorganby at the crossroads. Follow road down hill into village. Marris Barn is on your right. From the North: Exit M180 at J5, follow A18 to Humberside Airport. Continue through Great Limber, towards Louth. Go straight over roundabout crossing A46.
