At the heart of the estate sits a dedicated leisure complex within a restored walled garden, featuring a heated indoor swimming pool open year round, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, spa style changing facilities and a massage room. Additional amenities include a games room, private bar, gym and half basketball court.

Outdoor facilities include a tennis court, croquet lawn, pétanque court and extensive grounds with woodland walks, paddocks and garden spaces. A full walk around the estate takes approximately 45 minutes, reflecting its impressive scale.

Woodbridge is around 15 minutes away and provides a convenient base for group stays, with independent shops, pubs and restaurants. The surrounding Suffolk coast and countryside offer walking and cycling routes, boat trips and bird watching, alongside local attractions including the Woodbridge Tide Mill Museum and The Longshed.
