To formalise your reservation, a 40% deposit must be paid.  The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.  - - Cleaning fees mandatory apply equally to all properties: 500€ - - A refundable security deposit of 1500€ apply separately.  - - Tourist tax: There is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night and is payable at check-out (or can be deducted from the security deposit).
