Up to 2 dogs are very welcome but not on the furniture or in the bedrooms. There is a £20 charge for each pet to allow for extra cleaning.

Easy access into the house with double bedrooms on the ground floor but the living areas are upstairs. Two loos upstairs.

Free WiFi available. Some mobile reception better upstairs in the living areas.

Well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, range cooker, microwave, cafetières, dishwasher. Lots of pots and pans, mugs, plates, bowls.

Farmhouse table set in open plan huge sitting room space, with 12 chairs.

Huge double height open plan sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating, wood burner and TV. Windows to courtyard and garden.

TV in sitting room and radios in some bedrooms.

There is no games room. But we have a cupboard full of games, jigsaws and cards.

There is oil fired underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner in sitting room.

Ground: 2 king en suite, 1 twin, 1 double. Upstairs: 1 twin en suite, 1 twin accessed via spiral stairs (both made into superkings on request).

All linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are included.

Three en suite shower rooms and one family bathroom with a bath and one separate shower room with loo.

Enclosed safe garden, games and puzzles.although the staircase is open from the hall and landing and there aren’t baby gates here.

There is a spacious courtyard for parking and a nice enclosed garden with lawn with barbecue area.

There is no pool although there are public swimming pools in Hereford and Brecon and wild swimming in the Wye!

Good off road parking in courtyard outside the house. Maximum 6 cars.

No smoking anywhere in the property.
