Who Can Use Meadow Lodge?

Families - enjoy a self-catered holiday or short break in a supportive environment. Located on the edge of the Peak District near Matlock, there’s plenty to explore nearby. Guests can also take part in activities at Lea Green, many of which are fully accessible - from abseiling and buggies to ball pool fun and archery.

Carers - Meadow Lodge is a popular choice for respite breaks; it provides a safe, relaxing space for carers and those they support.

Schools and Groups - youth groups, community organisations, and schools - both special needs and mainstream achools with pupils who have additional needs find Meadow Lodge to be an inclusive and refreshing environment for activity breaks or residential visits.

- **Accessibility:** Electric profiling beds, ceiling tracking hoists in bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting room, a sensory room and many additional features.

- **Kitchen:** Meadow Lodge has a spacious, catering standard kitchen. Self catering or catered stays available.
- **Dining Room:** The bright dining room can seat up to 15 people.
- **Sitting Room:** The most relaxing room in the house, the sitting room has comfy sofas, ceiling tracking hoists, TV and DVD player.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** A large, flat-screen TV is available in the sitting room. Additional TVs and stereos are available on request.
- **Games Room:** Head to our games room for an array of retro games, including pinball and pool.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Meadow Lodge is always warm and cosy, with underfloor heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** 6 twins, each with one electric profiling bed and electric ceiling tracking hoists. Additional beds can be supplied.
- **Linen:** All pillows, duvets and bed linen are laundered on site and provided as part of your stay. A laundry room is also available for your use.
- **Bathrooms:** 3 bathrooms, each with rise and fall sinks and ceiling tracking hoists. Bathrooms have a mix of wheel-in showers and an accessible Jacuzzi bath.
- **Children's Facilities:** Numerous accessible activities, including ropes courses, indoor soft play and off-site adventurous activities.
- **Outdoor:** On-site accessible play park, open grounds and woodland areas.
- **Parking:** There is ample parking right outside Meadow Lodge.
