The Medieval Manor, Caldicot, Wales

The Medieval Manor is in the village of Caldicot, conveniently located near the M4 & M5 Motorways. You'll love the Manor which is perfect for families, special celebrations and large groups.

The guest accommodation comprises the 1st and 2nd floors of the Manor. There are both straight and spiral stairs in the property. Guests have their own driveway with parking for 10 cars and their own front door. Although we do live on site there are no shared spaces.

Please note all bookings are for a minimum​ of 2 nights, with regret we do not start bookings on Saturday.

The Manor exudes an inner warmth, and unique charm. Lavishly furnished with antiques this unique opportunity to enjoy life in a medieval manor should not be missed. You really will feel as though you have travelled centuries. This spectacular holiday house near the Wye Valley absolutely resonates history.

The Manor has 5 bedrooms which sleep 12 adults, these comprise two king size master bedrooms with 4-poster beds and en suite WCs, two family rooms with king/double beds and single beds, and one twin bedroom with two single beds. We also have a further sofa bed in the lounge that can be used if need as well as three extra single mattresses that can be used if you have a couple more guests or children.

We are located on the borders of England and Wales, so you are perfectly placed for touring both countries. Less than an hours drive to Hay-on-Wye, Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tetbury, Monmouth, Brecon and the Cotswolds. All of which have a unique individual character and will inspire and entertain travellers. We are located on the southern tip of the Wye Valley, which is an area designated for its outstanding natural beauty.

We love pets at the Manor and welcome them to join you, however we do have our own as well so we can only accept dogs which have been spayed or neutered.
