## About The Property

University of Greenwich Halls of Residence available during the summer period from late June to early September, for groups as a fantastic base for visiting and exploring Kent and the south coast of England.

Ideal for large groups of students, language schools, groups of friends and family, or tourists visiting the south east. Room only accommodation - no self catering facilities.

The accommodation consists of single study-bedrooms, each with a mini-fridge and en suite toilet/shower facilities. The student style study rooms are equipped with desks and storage facilities. Each self contained flat also has a shared rest/communal space.

There is 24 hour on-site security. There is also a laundry room that can be used during the day. The Student Hub on the campus is open and available to groups staying in the halls of residence.

The historic town of Rochester is only 10 minutes away. Chatham and Gillingham are both within walking distance. There are lots of pubs and restaurants within a short distance too.

- **Children's Facilities:** Site does not have any children's facilities but the park is nearby.
- **Outdoor:** No other facilities available.
- **Swimming Pool:** No on-site swimming pool, but Medway Park is 5 minutes away.
- **Parking:** Pay and Display parking nearby.
- **Smoking:** No smoking within 5 metres of buildings.
