Middle Coombe Farm is a sustainably run, historic C16th Grade II* listed property and part of our exclusive 400 acre rustic estate. Our luxury 4 star rated group accommodation sleeps 16-20 people and comprises of a stunning thatched farmhouse, open courtyard with huge working fireplace, Allensdown Barn, natural gardens, solar-heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, Oak Tree Ceremonial Site in 220 acres of sustainably run woodland, renovated thatched Cider Barn.

We host large group holiday lets, wedding weekends, retreats and healing workshops. Middle Coombe Farmhouse is full of atmosphere, energy and character and includes a stunning C17th Oak paneled drawing room with a large open fire.

The house is available to rent for holidays, weddings and events throughout the year.

The kitchen is a large, cosy space seating 18 around the table with an modern electric range master and induction hob.
Combined in the kitchen with a large table seating 18-20.
The sitting room is a beautiful wood panelled space with a large oak-framed window, comfy sofas and a roaring open fire. Surrounded by Tim's photos.
TV, DVD, Freeview, Music centre with connected cable for MP3/mobile phone/portable CD players through the headphone socket and a set of iPod speakers.
Full broadband WiFi access and a telephone are available in the farmhouse; there is also limited mobile signal.
In the Cider Barn are indoor games - table tennis and a pool table. The main house has a Library/TV/play room with a piano tuned to concert pitch.
Open fires, solar panelling & environmentally friendly heating. We have had a biomass wood boiler built which runs using wood from our own woodlands.
7 bedrooms with a mix of double, twins & family rooms & Allensdown barn with 3 additional huge bedrooms and all facilities.
Bed linen and towels are included, though we do ask you to please supply your own baby bedding.
In the farmhouse we have 3 en-suites and 1 communal bathroom also a toilet with sink next door. In the annex we have 1 en-suite & 1 communal bathroom.
Downstairs only, we are able to cater for The National Accessible Scheme (NAS) mobility impairment levels of M1 & M2.
A large outdoor play area with sandpit, trapeze & willow dome. The Farmhouse library/playroom has 3 toy boxes & childrens' books. Annex has more toy.
An enclosed cobbled courtyard for al fresco dinning with a massive outdoor fireplace great for star gazing, gas bbq, tables & chairs, magical space.
Open May - September, outdoor solar heated POOL, set inside hedged lawns & gardens, changing room, showers, outdoor HOT TUB open all year in garden
A spacious car park at the top of our lane parking 40+ cars/vehicles + a smaller area outside the barn & house provides space for up to 6 vehicles.

Tiverton - 15 minute drive is a bustling town with butchers, local farm shops, chemists, natural food shops, Tesco, M&S, plus a market 4 days a week.
There are two good local farm shops, mostly produce is grown or reared on site Halberton & Tubberfield. A spar shop in a the local village. It is also possible to arrange your grocery shopping
The Quarryman & The Swan in Bampton, Yearlstone Vineyard, Bickleigh Mill, The Fishermans Cot, all approx 20 min drive, there are also local pubs closer.
