The beautiful Cotswold Stone properties: Elmbury, Thimble, Shepherds Hut and Mulberry combine to offer a fabulous location to enjoy the Cotswolds. Perfectly self–contained and private, we are also an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds. For additional numbers we can offer put-u-up beds. Hot tub upon request.

By prior arrangement we can offer catering, conference facilities and outdoor activities. We will provide as much or as little as you require.

Thimble Cottage:
A beautiful cottage at the front with stunning views across the valley. With 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room.

Elmbury Cottage:
Old Cotswold Stone Barn converted to beautiful holiday cottage. The barn consists of a 30-foot kitchen/dining/sitting room with open pine beams, which give a feeling of space and light. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which sleep 8 people; we also have 2 put me ups. South facing and totally private, guests can enjoy superb views of the fields and woodlands stretching uninterrupted to the top of the farm. The barn is essentially on one floor with a few steps to three of the bedrooms. Facilities include: FCH, electric cooker, micro, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Mulberry Cottage:
3 bedroom studio. With 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. Has a large Dining room (seating for 20), Sitting room, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen facilities to cook for 20.

Shepherds Hut:
1 double bed, shower room, toilet, kitchenette.

We are a quiet location with family members living at the back of the estate. Please note that if you are looking for a big party then we are not the venue for you.
