The beautiful Cotswold Stone properties: Middle Stanley House, Elmbury and the Craft Studio combine to offer a fabulous location to enjoy the Cotswolds. Enjoy the comforts of a traditional Cotswold stone house during the day and the fun of the Havana Club at night. Perfectly self–contained and private, we are also an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds. For additional numbers we can offer put-u-up beds. Hot tub upon request.

By prior arrangement we can offer catering, conference facilities and outdoor activities. We will provide as much or as little as you require. There is a tennis court, fishing lake, a games room with a pool table and a party barn. Cinema style room in cellar.

Main House:

Beautiful Cotswold stone farm house with magnificent views. Sitting room and dining room with open fire (the table can sit up to 20 or 28 with the use of additional tables). There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus the double futon room. There is a pool table and table football in the large cellar. The kitchen is equipped with a electric oven, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, FCH, TV, CD, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Elmbury Cottage:

Old Cotswold Stone Barn converted to beautiful holiday cottage. The barn consists of a 30-foot kitchen/dining/sitting room with open pine beams, which give a feeling of space and light. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which sleep 8 people; we also have two put me ups. South facing and totally private, guests can enjoy superb views of the fields and woodlands stretching uninterrupted to the top of the farm. The barn is essentially on one floor with a few steps to three of the bedrooms. Facilities include: FCH, electric cooker, micro, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
