Milton Abbey is available as a venue for residential hire during School holiday periods, for groups of between 40 and 200 guests.

We welcome large groups from organisations and businesses, including youth groups, sporting groups, musical and theatre groups, church groups.

We offer a fully-catered package which includes the following:
- Comfortable accommodation (with bed linen and towels)
- Fully catered, with breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, on a self service basis
- Use of the School’s facilities at allocated times (swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, sports hall) - extra charge applies
- Use of various rooms and spaces for meetings, classes and activities - these are of various sizes and include a 300 seater theatre
- Shorter midweek stays are also welcome - please enquire

Booking Information

Guests £70 pppn (£60pppn if sharing a room of two or more people).
Staff £45 pppn (1 staff member rate per 10 full-paying guests).
Accommodation include shared bathrooms, bed linen, towels, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Facilities such as gym, swimming pool and sports pitches are £150 per day.

Location

The School is located just outside the picturesque village of Milton Abbas in Dorset, approximately 30 miles south west of Salisbury, midway between the towns of Blandford and Dorchester.

Blandford Forum.
Steeptonbill is a traditional farm shop that can be found on the edge of Milton Abbas. It is a 10 minute walk from Milton Abbey School and is run by Steve and his team of merry helpers.
The Hambro Arms is located in Milton Abbas and is a 20 minute walk. They serve exceptional food and a range of local ales, spirits and a wide selection of quality fine wines.
Bournemouth Airport is 50 minutes away, while Southampton Airport is only 65 minutes. Bristol and Heathrow are 2 hours away.
The nearest train stations include Dorchester and Gillingham and trains from these stations travel direct to London Waterloo, where connections are available to Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
