Mocketts Farm is a 4* Gold self catering property which is an ideal base for holding a celebration with all your family and friends at the 4* venue and barn next door.
Civil ceremonies and receptions can be held just two minutes away at our superb rural venue, The Ferry House, or if you are looking for a church ceremony the 14th century Harty church is just beautiful and only a short walk, drive or if you prefer we will take you on our vintage tractor!

Dog Friendly

Dogs are allowed, although please note there will be a small supplement charge (all dogs are subject to house rules).

Disabled Facilities

We have facilities for disabled guests, including good access and wet rooms. Please contact us so that we can advise you of the most suitable cottage.

All cottages offer good mobile reception and reliable free WiFi.

Kitchen

The kitchens in all of our cottages are very well equipped for all your culinary needs! All kitchens are spacious with fantastic country views.

Dining Room

All cottages have a spacious dining area. The Farmhouse can accommodate dining for 22, The Saltings 18, Marsh View 8, Fleet Lodge 8 & Harrier's Nest 4

Sitting Room

The cottages' living rooms are cosy and comfortable, with large sofas, 42" flat screen Smart TVs with Freeview and beautiful country views.

TV and Music Facilities

You will find flatscreen TVs with Freeview in all living areas and bedrooms. Smart TV in lounge only.

Games Room

Guests have 24/7 access to a communal games room complete with pool table, table football and table tennis. There is also a selection of board games.

Heating and Open Fires

All cottages have central heating included in the price.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms are spacious, comfy and most can be made up as either twins or doubles. 17 bedrooms have en suites and all enjoy beautiful country views.

Linen

Linen and towels are provided for all guests, included in the price.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms have showers, some have baths. Marsh View offers a disabled friendy ensuite wet room, while The Saltings & The Farmhouse have wet rooms.

Children's Facilities

Cots/highchairs can be prebooked, while stair gates are installed as standard. This is a working farm with a fenced pond, so supervision is necessary.

Outdoor

Picnic tables overlook the duck pond, BBQs and fire pits available for all cottages, gardens and a carport suitable for undercover outdoor activities.

Parking

Ample off road, free private parking is available.

Smoking

All cottages are strictly non smoking.
