- **Accessibility:** Ground floor single bedroom with adjacent shower. However there are single steps at 2 points on the ground floor impeding wheelchairs.
- **WiFi:** There is WiFi throughout Moorbath.
- **Kitchen:** Large range cooker with 5 gas burners, 2 ovens, and separate grill. 2 dishwashers, 3 fridges (2 large, 1 undercounter fridge), freezer and microwave.
- **Dining Room:** The dining room seats up to 17 in front of the large inglenook fireplace.
- **Sitting Room:** 2 large sitting rooms with log fires, and large screen TVs.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Farmhouse has 2 large flat screen TVs and a music system.
- **Games Room:** The Moorbath Olympics are based round the skittle alley, billiard room with pool table, table tennis room and the swimming pool.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating throughout and 4 log fires.
Logs are supplied free of charge.
- **Bedrooms:** 4 kingsize double bedrooms, 4 twins, 1 ground floor single.
- **Linen:** All bed linen, bath towels and swimming towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 7 en-suite bathrooms and a large family bathroom.
- **Children's Facilities:** There are 2 cots, and high chairs. The garden is enclosed and gates onto the lane.
- **Outdoor:** Large private garden with 2 charcoal barbecues on the terrace with outdoor seating.
- **Swimming Pool:** 12m x 3.5m private indoor pool,1.2m constant depth maintained at 29 degrees throughout the year, with fun volcano bubbles at one end. Outdoor hot tub.
- **Parking:** Large off road parking on the drive adjacent to the house.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted inside.
