By prior arrangement, groups can enjoy a range of activities from mountain biking to archery and high ropes course, kayaking, surfing and gorge walking. Equipment hire such as bikes, wetsuits and surfboards can be arranged at an extra cost. Moorland Hall is an ideal venue for gathering together families, multi-generational groups and outdoor enthusiasts. The opportunity to be away together with the benefit of spacious communal areas to reconnect. Set in the stunning Dartmoor National Park with the North and South coast within 50 minutes there are plenty of beautiful places to explore. The picturesque market town of Tavistock caters for most needs and is 5 minutes away by car. There are plenty of excellent pubs and restaurants in the area. The Main House is a beautiful Victorian House set in lovely gardens. The house benefits from a large, homely catering kitchen, dining room, sitting room and sunny conservatory. The snug is a cosy room to relax and enjoy an open fire ( winter only) . A comfortable base for your family to enjoy the grounds, activities and beautiful surrounding area. Offering additional accommodation for larger groups, the Coach House has a large light and airy conservatory area for relaxing, with outlooks to Dartmoor it’s the perfect place to base yourself for an active holiday.
