The Farmhouse (8) is a beautifully restored 17th century Grade II listed building, completely refurbished in 2023 to modern standards with underfloor heating but retaining the quirky floors and country feel of the original farmhouse. There are 4 generous bedrooms, one kingsize with en suite and 3 with zip and link twin or king beds, family bathroom, ground floor shower room, large living room with stunning fireplace and wood burning stove, separate snug with TV, large kitchen/diner seating 10. Spinners Cottage (4) is 18th century, restored in 2021. Originally 2 cottages for mill workers, Spinners now provides a large master and a second bedroom with zip and link (twin or kingsize), bathroom with separate shower, cosy living room and kitchen/diner.

The cottages are adjacent to our family farm, around 300 metres along an unmade track which is unsuitable for very low slung cars, eg sports cars.
