It is the kind of property that friends and family groups will want to revisit and enjoy a memorable break away with loved ones, or many hiking and cycling routes, fishing opportunities and an all round enjoyable "away from it all" experience.
Established for over 20 years, this large holiday house near Killin is set in 50 acres of gardens and grounds, with just a short stroll over the fields down to the loch for some stunning scenery and tranquility, with only a few sheep for company. The enclosed courtyard is ideal for families where youngsters will be able to run around in complete safety while the grown ups enjoy a bit of relaxation.
Perhaps enjoy a game of croquet on the large lawn, while the barbecue gets to work cooking some freshly caught fish from the loch or river. The inside open plan living hub is a very sociable way to be together, preparing or eating meals before sitting down to chill out next to the wood stove after supper. The games rooms are hugely popular with everyone for some competitive fun rounds of pool, table tennis, and table football.
Accommodation is conveniently set up all age groups, with a combination of doubles and singles. Bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, with a number having lovely views. Bathroom facilities are plentiful across the property.
Many regular guests are happy to make the most of the extensive grounds at Morenish, however a short drive will take you to Killin, the local village, which has many amenties, and the impressive Falls of Dochart. The Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve is but a short drive, with walks for all abilities, and a fine opportunity to bag a Munro! For golf enthusiasts the area has a number of well respected courses, whilst the more adventurous will find many activities on offer at Loch Tay including canoeing and paddle boarding.
