Lovingly restored and family owned, this luxurious and spacious award-winning accommodation is built around the original Victorian kitchens, scullery and servants’ hall. All bedrooms are en suite, with high ceilings and period features. Each is characterful, some with 4 poster beds, roll top baths, and fireplaces - all with modern comforts. Rooms are arranged on the ground and first floor around a private open courtyard dining area with BBQ and fire pit. A large first-class communal kitchen and dining room allow space to gather, cook and dine together. Group lounge has a wood burner for cooler evenings or an atmospheric winter break, and access from lounge via French doors to an additional sun deck dining and seating area with fire pit and further BBQ. Five acres of peaceful grounds, surrounded by woodland, with croquet lawn, secret garden with camp fire and gazebo, hammocks and swings. Bikes, boards, SUPs and beach toys can be borrowed for the nearby beach, walk on the southwest coast path and cycle on the Tarka trail. Ample on-site parking, with fast EV charging.
