## About The Property

Set in a tranquil rural location, Morton of Pitmilly Countryside Resort is just a couple of miles from stunning beaches and a 10-minute drive from St Andrews.

The resort sleeps 2 to 100 (including sofa beds and extra beds) in 16 apartments split between "The Steading" and "The Courtyard". With fantastic sea and countryside views these properties provide an ideal retreat for large family and friends gatherings, golfing groups, walkers weekends away, hen and wedding parties.

Leisure facilities include an indoor heated pool with panoramic views across the fields, sauna, wellness treatments, indoor tennis court, children’s play area, putting green, games room and gym. Pets welcome.

"The Steading" comprises six 1-4 bedroom 5 star boutique houses offering immaculate, contemporary elegance which can sleep up to 40 people in total. Sumptuous, spacious bedrooms, all en suite. Vast open plan kitchen / living area in 3-4 bedroom houses with gas cooking ranges, American-style fridge-freezers, dishwashers, wine fridges and washing machines. These houses also have WiFi, soundbars and DVD players. Beechwood and The Rowans each have four bedrooms, Bramble Bank and Meadowside have three, and The Lookout and Den studio apartments have one bedroom each. Most bedrooms can be twin or double. The Steading is popular with wedding and hen parties, and those wanting to celebrate big birthdays or special anniversaries. The two studio apartments are cosy, contemporary and ideal for couples.

"The Courtyard" offers 10 characterful 1 - 4 bedroom cottages (4 star) set around a pretty enclosed courtyard and can sleep up to 59 people. With original stone walls, fully equipped kitchens, dishwashers, WiFi, soundbars and all mod cons, all have a double sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The cottages are ideal for family holidays, group reunions and escaping couples. The Granary has four bedrooms, The Well House and The Stables each have three bedrooms, Farriers Cottage and The Mill Loft have two bedrooms. Cart-Arch Cottage is great for singles, offering a twin and single room. The Byre, Swallow Cottage, The Doocot and The Old Dairy each have one bedroom.
