16 luxurious well appointed bedrooms (zip+link beds) sleeping up to 32 in The Steading, all en suite. 4 houses have sizeable ground floor open plan areas, ideal for private meetings or breakout sessions, and dining areas to seat a maximum of 20 (per house).
We also offer a dedicated meeting space for 20 (boardroom style) with full AV, free flow tea, coffee, mineral water, fruit and biscuits.
Available for your use on site are extensive leisure facilities – sauna, swimming pool, spa treatments, gym, indoor tennis court, indoor games/snooker area, outdoor sports area.
Luxury breakfast hampers and a full outside catering package can be organised throughout your stay tailored to your exact needs – from sandwich lunches to outside barbecues. We have plenty of space for an outside marquee if required.
Some of the activities we can deliver to help build your own unique luxury stay itinerary include: golf tee times on famous courses; team building with cookery; whisky and wine tasting; in-house private dining experience; falconry experience; quad biking; spa pampering; shooting; land yachting; off-road driving; potted sports; hosted barbecue; fishing.

St Andrews, 6 miles. The town has a wide range of shops, pubs, restaurants and is famous for its golf courses.
Crail, 4 miles. The village has a small supermarket open early to late, and a range of shops including a family-run butcher, green grocer, baker, wholefood shop and pharmacy.
