On the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and just a 5 minute drive from the M6, this luxury house is an amazing renovation brimming with characterful original features and yet with every modern convenience to guarantee a luxury stay. Moss Foot is a family holiday house near Sedbergh, perfect for special occasions, friends' reunions, stag or hen weekends, walking groups and business gatherings. Moss Foot has gorgeous open plan living space and excellent entertainment and leisure facilities including a home cinema, a well-being suite, hot tubs and a games room. The house benefits from a lift leading from the hallway to the living areas on the 1st floor, making this  a great option for any group including someone for whom stairs are tricky. The home cinema with 85" screen and accessible bedroom on the ground floor are off the hallway.

Upstairs, a magnificent spacious kitchen diner is the focal point, with everything you might need for preparing large group meals and space to sit down together at a long oak farmhouse table seating 20 guests. Afterwards gather on the comfy lounge sofas by the multi fuel stove, while any musical guest can entertain the group with tunes on the piano. The adjacent snug provides a quiet space. Separate from the main house is a games room and bar - head to this fantastic extra space for a friendly game of pool and a few drinks after dinner.

The well-being suite at the rear of the main house houses a sauna and steam room - somewhere to relax and unwind at the end of a busy day. Outside there are also 2 hot tubs with views overlooking the stunning Yorkshire Dales landscape, enjoy a soak after a long day walking.

Moss Foot is set within an area which is hugely popular with cyclists and hikers, offering fantastic trails in and around Sedbergh for discovering deserted hills and quiet river valleys. Sedbergh is worth a visit for its range of independent book shops and cafes. Kirkby Lonsdale is a pretty town, filled with history. And from this location guests can access the spectacular Lake District in 25 minutes.
