A former fiefdom, Moulin de Maulne offers you an exceptional and intimate setting that magically unites history, nature and modern comfort. Accessed by a private drive, not overlooked by any neighbours and surrounded by countryside, Moulin de Maulne is an ideal place to celebrate your wedding or organise your private event. The grounds of the property and two impressive buildings, both fully renovated, are at your disposal. The Reception Building comprises of 3 reception rooms with access to the outside spaces, patios and a south-west oriented terrace – perfectly suited for the smooth running of your event: – Le Hall du Gros Puits, with its arched ceiling and age-old feel, is a perfect space to lay out your drinks and cocktails before and after your reception dinner party – La Salle de la Gaudie seats comfortably between 60 and 80 guests depending on the layout of the tables, and up to 120 guests if you’d like to add the attached tiled terrace to the set-up for your dinner party. There are 3 big bay windows : one has a view to the north of the landscaped garden with the valley’s forest in the background; another bay window looks towards the accommodation and its southern facing patios with a direct path connecting to the Reception Building; the third bay window has sliding doors that open to a tiled 70m2 south-west facing terrace. A dining room seating 30 (la Salle du Bief) is equipped with tables, chairs and full dinnerware, plus a bar area and patio access with outdoor furniture, an automatic awning and lighting, allowing a total of 60 to gather for brunch after your wedding party night. There’s also a spacious living room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. For the enjoyment of young and old alike, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool, with a secure access, open from mid-April till the end of October. There is also a playground space with outdoor ping-pong table, and a large parking area for 20 or more cars. The Moulin de Maulne estate enjoys a panoramic setting, with plenty of green spaces, lawns and prairies, heritage trees and the charming Maulne river bordering the south-east side of the property. The landscaped garden of the property is beautifully structured with flowerbeds and borders, accommodating numerous ornamental and indiginous plants and it gracefully unrolls into a verdant scenery of the Maulne Valley that hosts diverse undisturbed wildlife. Outdoor heated pool. - **Dining Room:** 590 sq ft comfortable dining room that sits 30 people with a bar area, fireplace with wood burning stove and double patio doors leading to a terrace. - **Sitting Room:** 540 sq ft comfortable lounge with plenty of comfortable seating. - **Kitchen:** Fully equipped farmhouse kitchen, with 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges and large freezer, coffee machines and numerous utensils and crockery. - **Bedrooms:** 8 king or superking rooms (1 is a 4 poster), 1 twin, 1 family room with king and 2 singles, 1 room with 4 singles. - **Bathrooms:** 3 shower rooms and 2 bathrooms in main house, with en suite shower rooms in the studios. - **Linen:** Egyptian cotton bedding and bath towels provided.
