All our meeting and breakout rooms have natural day light and offer spacious surroundings.
Our venue offers a highly productive environment with no disturbances from other groups as we only hire the Hall out for exclusive use.
We have the flexibility to eat outside looking out to the sea, weather permitting!
Mount Amelia has 30 acres of grounds where team building tasks can take place or delegates can just take a gentle stroll during their lunch break and enjoy the fresh air and views.
The majority of our previous clients would highly recommend us as an individual property, offering an extremely productive environment with wonderful lunches and rooms.
WiFi is free of charge.
Flip chart and pens are included in the room hire price or DDR or 24Hr DR.
Projectors and screens can be provided at an additional cost.
Other equipment can be hired in – just let me know what you are requiring.
Our rooms vary from a relaxed interviewing room with sofas and coffee table, to large, high ceiling, period rooms for theatre style meetings/conferences with a great room to break out in to for lunch. Our Dining room makes a wonderful boardroom with wood burner in the back ground.
We are very flexible, so please ask and we will see if we can accommodate your ideas.
Often companies hire the Hall & all three cottages on a self-catering basis for exclusive use. The cottages are a short stroll from the Hall through the grounds and the Hall has the space for the team to meet daily and discuss/brain storm for the day. There is plenty of room in the dining room and on the patio for team meals – either bought in or cooked on site. Occasionally evening meals are catered for in-house on a “Dine with Me” basis, creating a bit of productive competition amongst everyone through out the week!
Mid-week bookings from Monday afternoon to Friday morning represent the best value so do email Vicky with your enquiry.

Dog Friendly

We accept 3 well behaved pets per property - extra charge so please mention when booking. We do ask that pets stay downstairs and off the furniture.

Sitting Room

Two large sitting rooms both with open fire and comfy seating. Wonderful views across The Wash. Great sunsets. Beautiful original features.

TV and Music Facilities

All Sky channels. Large wide screen 55" TV in the Games Room and flat screen in sitting room. TVs in some rooms. 2 x iPod/MP3 docks & Sonos 5.

Games Room

Large wide screen 55" TV, benefits from Sky TV. Football table, pool/table tennis table, darts. Beanbags and two sofas.

Heating and Open Fires

There is are two open fireplace & one wood burner and an Aga. Open fires in the drawing room and sitting room and the Aga is in the kitchen.

Bedrooms

Ingoldisthorpe Hall has 7 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom. 2 extra z-bed available upon request - extra £30 each per stay.

Linen

Linen and house towels are provided and included in the prices quoted. Please bring your own beach towels and dog towels if you have dogs.

Bathrooms

4 rooms are en suite. Bara's Room has a roll-top bath & sink. 2 further bathrooms, 1 with bath/overhead shower & other has roll-top bath & sep shower

Children's Facilities

There is the games room and the grounds are great to explore & play games in. Fabulous hide & seek in the house too!

Outdoor

There are 30 acres of rolling parkland at Mount Amelia waiting to be explored or just to sit back, relax & enjoy the tranquillity & magnificent views.

Ample parking is provided free of charge.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Booking Information

The Hall sleeps up to 20 people and costs from £4400 for a weekend in low season to £8100 for a week in peak season. Cottages sleep a further 12 if the group is larger than 20pax. Check late availability for offers! Please call/email Vicky for specific prices with dates that you would like to stay.
