## About The Property

This traditional Inn sits at the heart of Penmaenmawr village on the North Wales coast, at the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Able to sleep 50+.

Mountain View is designed for large get-togethers of family or friends when a normal house just isn't big enough. Packed with loads of stuff to kids (younger & teenager), such as air hockey, table football and a pool table.

There is a stereo system,  smart TV and (of course) WiFi.

The property comprises of 17 bedrooms (10 en-suites), most of which can be set up as double or twin plus a dorm area of four single beds and a bunk area with four bunk beds, separate lounge and kitchen area.

​Mountain View sits on the edge of the fabulous 'Snowdonia National Park' which is a haven for walkers, climbers and mountain bikers alike and also on the magnificent North Wales Coast with all the water-sports you can dream of. 5 minutes to the historic Castle town of Conwy over the scenic Sychnant pass, and 10 minutes from the Isle of Anglesey and beautiful Beaumaris. The whole area is based on fun, from the new national water-sports centre at Colwyn Bay (10 mins) and ground-breaking 'Surf' Snowdonia to the longest Zip wires in the country. Castles? Sand ones by the bucket-load and just about as many stone ones too!

The Wales Coast Path is less than a quarter of a mile away, leading you to sandy beaches, cycle paths and scenic strolls to Conwy and Bangor.

This spacious house is designed for family and friends to get together - a fantastic option for everyone to be under the same roof without resorting to more formal hotel settings. The location also means that this is an excellent base for walkers wanting to tackle Snowdonia, activity groups looking for a comfortable place to come back to at the end of a busy day, and all manner of reunions and celebrations.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Large smart TV.
- **Games Room:** Pool table, air hockey, Fussball, basketball, darts. Smart TV. Large speaker.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Underfloor heating in games areas. Central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** 17 bedrooms: 1 four poster, 1 single, 1 king, 14 can be double or twin. 11 are en-suite. Plus dorm sleeping 4 and a bunk room sleeping 16.
- **Linen:** Provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 11 en suites and 5 family bathrooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** Kids area plus large games area.
- **Outdoor:** 4 Picnic-style benches for outdoor dining.
