Mulberry House is a traditional Arts and Crafts house retaining period features including a thatched roof and latticed windows. Fabulous open plan living areas with a fully equipped 28 foot kitchen, dining for 12 and a light filled sitting room with French doors opening to the gardens. The kitchen is well set up for preparing a group meal to be served at the inside dining table for 12 or outside on the patio. The lounge is great for relaxing together and the downstairs playroom ideal for family fun and for the youngsters.
The gardens and orchard are very pretty with plenty of space for the children and dogs to use up excess energy while the adults share a drink and set to work on the barbecue. There is also a swimming pool available for private hire along with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Dunston Hall Country Club is nearby with access to a gym, golf, spa and tennis. Just ask for details.
