This attractive country holiday house near Norwich fits the bill for all kinds of group stays. Perfect for extended families and friends and a fantastic choice for a reunion, celebration, hen or stag do, business groups might like to hire Mulberry House for some team building or a planned break away from the workplace. Near Norwich and only 40 minutes from the coast, this is a great base for exploring this beautiful landscape.

Mulberry House is a traditional Arts and Crafts house retaining period features including a thatched roof and latticed windows. Fabulous open plan living areas with a fully equipped 28 foot kitchen, dining for 12 and a light filled sitting room with French doors opening to the gardens. The kitchen is well set up for preparing a group meal to be served at the inside dining table for 12 or outside on the patio. The lounge is great for relaxing together and the downstairs playroom ideal for family fun and for the youngsters.

The gardens and orchard are very pretty with plenty of space for the children and dogs to use up excess energy while the adults share a drink and set to work on the barbecue. There is also a swimming pool available for private hire along with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Dunston Hall Country Club is nearby with access to a gym, golf, spa and tennis. Just ask for details.

The 5 bedrooms are a useful combination of 2 kings, 1double and 1 twin with trundle, and 3 bunks perfect for the kids to share. All have lovely garden or orchard views and plenty of space. One of the rooms has an en suite shower and bath room. There's also a shared family bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet.

Close to Dunston Hall with golf, a gym and swimming pool. Tass valley fishing lakes just around the corner for any keen fishermen in the group. Also clay pigeon shooting and paintball nearby. Walks from the door. Wymondham is a pretty market town with an abbey and heritage museum. The north Norfolk coast is easily reached for fabulous beaches at Cromer, Wells and Holkham. Historic Norwich has a famous cathedral as well as quaint streets and a lively market.
