This is a great base for County Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way with delightful beaches a mere 10 minutes away. Murphy's Irish Farmhouse and newly renovated 200 year old Lavender Lane Cottage provide comfortable accommodation for extended family gatherings, friends, business groups, retreats, walkers, hens, girls' getaways, golfers and wedding guests.

Both properties have a garden with outside barbecue area, with space for the whole group to eat together. Murphy's Irish Farmhouse also has a large kitchen where 12 guests can be seated for a family meal - also a good spot for an executive corporate meeting or presentation, with plenty of breakaway spaces across both houses. Lounges have sofa seating and a wood burner plus TV. Lavender Lane Cottage has open plan design for socialising and relaxing together.
There are a total of 5 double bedrooms, and 1 triple family room in Murphy's Irish Farmhouse. The shower rooms in each property are bright.
Ballybunion and Barrow Tralee golf courses are a short drive away. Local activities including surf lessons, fishing or horse riding can be organised by the owner. Local highlights include the Rattoo Round Tower, a historic structure built in the 1100s, the Bromore Cliff walk and Carrigafoyle Castle. Listowel hosts a writers' week and Finuge hosts music events. Dingle, 35 minutes away, has a distillery, and Killarney and the Ring of Kerry are just a little further on. And of course there are plenty of pubs where you will receive a warm welcome, including the famous Kate Browne's pub. The Shannon ferry will take you to Clare in 20 minutes, or rent a bike and head off on 2 wheels. So much to explore!
