## About The Property

Each property accommodates the following:

Farmhouse sleep 14 (+ 2)

Cottage 1 sleeps 5 (+ 1)

Cottage 2 sleeps 8

Cottage 3 sleeps 4 (+ 2)

Cottage 4 sleeps 6 (+ 2)

Cottage 5 sleeps 5 (+ 1)

Cottages 6, 7 and 8 sleep 8 each

All of the cottages and Farmhouse at Murton Grange have a fully equipped kitchen for a self-catered stay alongside spacious living and dining areas.

The Farmhouse ground floor sleeps up to 16 guests across 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the first floor, plus two sofa beds in the lounge area. The Farmhouse has its own hot tub in the shared garden with Cottage 4.

Cottage 1 sleeps up to 6 guests and contains 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area.

Cottage 2 sleeps up to 8 guests and contains 2 first floor bedrooms, one triple bedroom, and one family bedroom containing 1 double and 3 single beds.

Cottage 3 sleeps up to 6 guests and has disabled access. There is a twin room with ensuite shower room, a double room and an adapted wet-room with shower, sink, and WC. There are two sofa beds in the lounge.

Cottage 4 sleeps up to 8 guests across two family bedrooms each containing one double and one single bed. There are also 2 single sofa beds in the lounge area. There is a hot tub at this cottage in the shared garden with the Farmhouse.

Cottage 5 sleeps up to 6 guests and contains one double bedroom, one triple bedroom, and one sofa bed in the lounge area.

Cottages 6, 7, and 8 each sleep up to 8 people. All contain 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one twin and two family rooms. There is a hot tub at each of the cottages.

Please note the garden & patio area at Cottages 6, 7 & 8 is shared between the three properties.

- **Accessibility:** Cottage 3 is our disabled access cottage. Please see our website for more information.
- **Dog Friendly:** We occasionally accommodate pets for an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss this.
- **Kitchen:** All units include all cultery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils required for a self-catering stay. All units have washing machines.
- **Dining Room:** All cottages have dining facilities for the maximum number of guests per unit.
- **Sitting Room:** All cottages have spacious living areas providing a comfortable atmosphere.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** All cottages have their own TV and DAB radio with built-in Bluetooth speaker.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** All cottages have central heating included in the cost.
- **Bedrooms:** A variety of family, twin and double bedrooms. Extra sofa beds in several cottages.
- **Linen:** All bed linen and towels are included at no extra cost.
- **Bathrooms:** All cottages have their own bathroom facilities.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots and high chairs are available at no extra cost.
- **Outdoor:** All properties have an outdoor seating area. The Farmhouse, Cottages 4, 6, 7 & 8 have access to shared lawn areas.
- **Swimming Pool:** We do not have a pool. There are hot tubs at The Farmhouse and Cottages 4, 6, 7 & 8.
- **Parking:** Ample parking for all guests.
- **Smoking:** All properties are non-smoking.

## Booking Information

- Payment terms are 25% deposit within 7 days of booking with outstanding, 75% due 28 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is £200 per property. Discounts available for returning customers, NHS workers, Blue Light Card holders and Armed Forces. Please contact us direct for further information.
