This splendid 16th century Mynydd Ednyfed Country House sleeps 21 people with 10 comfortable bedrooms, 8 en suite, plus a main bathroom. A comfortable lounge with 70" OLED TV and a large log burner, alongside a dining room seating 20 people, and an elegant bar area (with fridges) for preparing cocktails and pre-dinner drinks.

Also a large conservatory and games room (table tennis and snooker) and second lounge, plus second dining room with large dining table seating 16 + with stunning views overlooking large gardens and Cardigan Bay. An extremely well equipped country kitchen that will not disappoint, and laundry room. In house catering is available, menus on website.

Within the landscaped gardens sits a newly surfaced all weather tennis court and large boules court.The covered outdoor kitchen houses a versatile gas Weber barbecue, perfect for easy grilling, a Kamado Joe kettle charcoal barbecue, for the rich, smoky flavour of traditional barbecuing. And there's a hand built Vitcas wood fired pizza oven for crafting artisanal pizzas. Good fun for all ages, for making personalised pizzas, slow cooked tasty roasts and complete meals for a large group. All whilst overlooking the panoramic view of the Cardigan Bay.

Set in the mountainous surroundings of Snowdonia, a short distance from the sandy beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula, and bustling town of Criccieth. Ideal for a restful or active family/friends group holiday.Criccieth Suana is situated right on the beach with a cold plunge pool/or sea – or stay In House, and enjoy games and activities (croquet, football, boules, tennis) in secluded gardens. Indoors there's billiards, table tennis, board games. 

Dogs are welcome, as are walking, cycling and climbing groups. Tee-off times with 10% discount can be arranged for golf groups. Boat trips to the ancient pilgrimage island of Bardsey (now a bird and sea-life observatory) can be arranged.

Ffestiniog Railway, Zip World in Bethesda (largest zip wire in the Northern Hemisphere), paintballing, and water sports are all virtually on our doorstep!

- **TV and Music Facilities:** No need for crowding around a small screen with our OLED 70" new TV, situated in our comfy lounge with open log fire. TVs in 9 of the bedrooms.
- **Games Room:** Set in conservatory overlooking gardens and sea. Table tennis, snooker, lots of board games. Can arrange Pilates classes.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating will keep you warm, while our welcoming open fires keep you cosy. Basket of logs supplied (fuel charge from October 1 to March 31).
- **Bedrooms:** Ten bedrooms mix of Four Poster, Superking, King, Doubles, twin, bunk, 8 en suite. Colour TV and hairdryer in all rooms. 7 sea view, 3 garden view.
- **Linen:** Luxury-standard bed linen, plus fluffy bath sheets and soft hand towels will make you feel pampered and cosseted.
- **Bathrooms:** 8 en suite bathrooms,+1 main large bathroom, cast iron bath.
