Myrtle Cottage is a welcoming, spacious, dog friendly holiday home sleeping 14, perfectly situated to enjoy the many coastal walks and beaches of Gower and also the spectacular Pennard Golf Links, straight from the front door. The lovely large cottage and annex (which is linked to the cottage) between them offer 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are en suite. There is a huge main kitchen, with a table seating up to 14 - perfect for the whole group to come together. The living room has a cosy log burner, and there's WiFi throughout. The conservatory offers additional living space allowing guests to spread out or enjoy some time away from the main group. Outside there's an attractive secure garden ideal for al fresco dining and barbecues, with plenty of storage for bikes, surfboards, kayaks and golf clubs. The situation could not be more perfect for an extended family group holiday or get together with friends - there's direct access to the Gower coastal path and its many spectacular sandy beaches. The house sits on a quiet lane by Pennard Golf links, leading to Pobbles and Three Cliffs Bay with its coffee shop, and near Southgate Pub. All in all, ideal for golfers, surfers and cyclists, and families. New - an EV charger! Please enquire. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** 3+ pets allowed, £30 each per stay. We have some rules but we realise your pet is family. Just send us a message if you have any queries. - **Accessibility:** En suite ground floor bedroom in cottage. No specific facilities for disabled guests. - **WiFi:** WiFi in main house and annex. No house phone but most mobile phone providers have a signal. (Vodafone and O2 networks probably the best). - **Kitchen:** Large, light, modern and very well equipped. Extendable table can seat 14 (more at a squeeze!). Dishwasher, washer, dryer. Annex has a kitchenette. - **Dining Room:** Extending traditional wooden table in the main kitchen can seat up to 14. Small retro table in annex can seat 6. - **Sitting Room:** Sunny, spacious room with 3 large, comfy sofas, armchair, large carpet on an oak floor, coffee table and a cosy log burner. Swansea is 20 mins away. - **Shop:** A short stroll away is the Three Cliffs shop/coffee shop which has all the basics you would need, as well as lots of delicious local delights. - **Food and Drink:** The Southgate Club is at the top of the road, as is Pennard Golf Club house, both are open to the public and serve cheap and cheerful meals of an excellent standard.
