The lovely large cottage and annex (which is linked to the cottage) between them offer 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are en suite. There is a huge main kitchen, with a table seating up to 14 - perfect for the whole group to come together. The living room has a cosy log burner, and there's WiFi throughout. The conservatory offers additional living space allowing guests to spread out or enjoy some time away from the main group.
Outside there's an attractive secure garden ideal for al fresco dining and barbecues, with plenty of storage for bikes, surfboards, kayaks and golf clubs.
The situation could not be more perfect for an extended family group holiday or get together with friends - there's direct access to the Gower coastal path and its many spectacular sandy beaches. The house sits on a quiet lane by Pennard Golf links, leading to Pobbles and Three Cliffs Bay with its coffee shop, and near Southgate Pub. All in all, ideal for golfers, surfers and cyclists, and families.
